  • Can I make a Reservation?
    We accept reservations in our Douglas restaurant: Click here to book. In all other locations, we operate a walk-in service as space is very limited. However, we turn tables quickly, so wait times are minimal.
  • Do you have Outdoor Dining?
    We have outdoor dining available at our Princes St. and Clonakilty locations. Seating works on a first come first served basis.
  • Do you have indoor dining?
    We have full indoor dining service in our Douglas restaurant. All other locations have limited indoor seating.
  • Do you Deliver?
    Yes, we deliver from all locations. We have our own delivery teams in Clonakilty, Bandon and Douglas. We use Deliveroo in Prince's Street, Douglas, and Marina Market.
  • Do you sell Pizza Kits?
    We offer pizza kits in quantities of 20 or more. Each kit contains our pizza dough, sauce and fresh mozzarella for 2 pizzas. Please contact us if you would like to order our pizza kits.
  • Do you have Gluten Free Pizza?
    We do have gluten free bases available. Any pizza on our main menu can be made with a gluten free base or we have a build your own option where you can choose your own sauce, cheese and toppings. Please note: Gluten free pizza bases are prepared and cooked in an environment where large amounts of high gluten flour are handled and therefore are NOT suitable for coeliacs.
  • Do you have Vegan Pizza?
    We have Mihu's Alternative cashew based vegan cheese available which can be substituted onto any of our pizzas.
  • Can I see allergen information?
    Allergen information is printed on all menus. Please review our menu carefully if you have any allergy concerns.
  • Do you offer Catering?
    Yes, we offer catering for parties and corporate events. We have catered for events of every size from 10 pizzas up to hundreds of pizzas at a time. Bulk discounts and free delivery available. Please contact us at for pricing and packages.
  • What sizes are your pizzas?
    Generally our pizzas are 12” and are sliced into 8 slices. In the Marina Market, our pizzas are a more personal 10" size with 6 slices.
  • Do you really use a wood fired oven?
    All Oak Fire Pizza restaurants use traditional wood fired ovens from Italy, burning a mix of kiln dried oak and ash. The ovens burn at a temperature of 500 degrees+ and can cook your pizza in about 90 seconds.
  • Do you do any special offers?
    As we continuously make every effort to keep our menu prices as low as possible, we don't offer specials or deals as standard. However, from time to time we do specials, offers and giveaways. Please keep an eye on our socials for more on this.
  • What is in your Dough?
    Our dough mixers are running 7 days per week and each batch is carefully proved for up to 72 hours. The ingredients are simple; Italian flour, water, yeast and salt. We don't use any flavourings, enhancers, preservatives or additives.
  • Is your cheese pasteurised?
    Our shredded mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella and goat’s cheese are all pasteurised. Our Toon's Bridge Fior di Latte and smoked scamorza are NOT pasteurised.

  • Can I start an Oak Fire Pizza Franchise?
    We are not currently offering a franchise package. However if you have an opportunity you would like to discuss, please contact us:
  • What is your refund policy?
    Refunds/credit can only be processed if all of the following criteria are met: - Oak Fire Pizza are contacted within 2 hours of the purchase with order time, date, name and order number if applicable. - Product is returned to the store or where this is not possible, photographic evidence is provided to prove that the food is unfit for consumption or of a poor standard (accepted at the discretion of management). If, after investigating the issue, we agree with the complaint, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. - 60% of the product is intact and in original packaging. - Refunds of online orders will be processed on the platform on which the order was placed.
